Cancellation by a customer
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Any refund or charge will depend on the booking type, notice given and costs already incurred. We will confirm the applicable terms before accepting a booking.
Rescheduling and transfers
Where practical, we may offer an alternative date or allow a booking to be transferred to another participant. Changes are subject to availability and may require reasonable notice.
Cancellation by us
If we need to cancel or cannot deliver a confirmed session, we will offer a rescheduled date or refund the payment received for the affected booking. We are not responsible for indirect losses beyond the amount paid for that booking.
